Interiors & Editorial Photography in the Central Valley

Trusted by luxury real estate agents, interior designers & homeowners across the Central Valley

Luke Mitchell Photography — I provide editorial-style interior photography for luxury real estate listings, interior designers, and homeowners across the Central Valley and beyond. This is a different approach than standard listing photography: styled, story-driven imagery built to capture how a space actually feels to live in, not just document its square footage.

River Falls — Oakhurst, CA

Short Term Rental

This 26-acre riverfront estate near Yosemite's south entrance operates as a luxury short-term rental, with private river beach access, a resort-style pool and spa, and a wide range of outdoor amenities spread across the property. I provided editorial interior and lifestyle photography for the listing, built to capture the scale of the property and the experience of staying there for use across the home's marketing and booking platforms.

Wildflower Development — Visalia, CA

Interiors/Editorial

Wildflower is a gated community of single-story homes in southwest Visalia, built around a three-acre neighborhood park with five distinct floor plans. For this project I provided interior editorial photography of the model homes — styled, story-driven imagery that goes beyond standard real estate photography to capture the finishes, layout, and livability of each floor plan for Woodside Homes' marketing.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between editorial photography and standard real estate photography?
Standard listing photography documents a space for a sale. Editorial photography is styled and story-driven, built to capture how a space feels to live in — the kind of imagery used for luxury listings, interior design portfolios, and lifestyle marketing.
Do you work with interior designers as well as real estate agents?
Yes. I regularly photograph finished projects for interior designers who need portfolio-ready imagery, in addition to luxury listing photography for real estate agents and homeowners.
Can you photograph a short-term rental for use on booking platforms?
Yes. Editorial interior and lifestyle photography works well for short-term rental listings, giving guests a clearer sense of the property and helping it stand out.
How much does editorial interior photography cost?
Pricing depends on the size of the property, number of spaces to be photographed, and whether twilight or lifestyle photography is included. Reach out with your project details for a quote.
Do you travel outside the Central Valley for this kind of project?
Yes. Editorial and luxury real estate photography is available throughout the Central Valley and into the surrounding mountain and coastal areas — reach out to discuss your specific location.
